1. License Activation & Machine Limits

By purchasing a license key for LedgerGlide, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software on the number of registered computer slots (seats) purchased. License verification relies on Motherboard and BIOS hardware identifiers to prevent unauthorized sharing.

2. Independent Utility Software Disclaimer

LedgerGlide is an independent utility software designed for data entry automation. **Tally, Tally Prime, and Tally Solutions are registered trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.** LedgerGlide has no direct partnership, licensing agreement, or official endorsement relationship with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

3. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

LEDGERGLIDE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR DISTRIBUTORS OF LEDGERGLIDE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR BUSINESS LOSSES.

Specifically, we are NOT liable for:

• Bookkeeping errors, data extraction inaccuracies, or double-entry discrepancies.
• Income tax penalties, interest, double-deduction calculations (TDS mismatches), or GST portal audit issues.
• Tally Prime database corruption or local system failures.

The user or Chartered Accountant assumes 100% of the responsibility to audit and verify all voucher values in the LedgerGlide grid before executing Tally posting commands.

4. Refund & Cancellation

We provide a fully featured 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. Once a paid license key has been generated and mapped to your email, it cannot be refunded or cancelled.
